25.08.2015 - CRM system now integrated with E-invoicing
Bever Company realized the integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM system with E-invoicing billing transfer system. From now on Bever’s client companies will have the opportunity to upload invoices from CRM system to E-invoicing. As a result, Bever Company’s clients will be able to store invoice history in their unified database of CRM without spending extra time or resources.
This solution has already been launched in Bever Company’s CRM system.

26.07.2015 - Request processing electronic system. E-Request
Bever company developed and implemented online request processing system. The mentioned solution allows to automatically recognize the requests that were received by user via company’s corporative site (www.bever.am), to record them in Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, automatically generate tasks for processing that requests and direct them to appropriate employee for processing. Thus, company employees can receive notifications about incoming requests on their personal mobile devices. The given solution (e-Request) allows to noticeably increase request’s process efficiency, reducing company’s current expenses, particularly due to reducing call-center’s workload and reducing front-office employees’ occupancy.

Service Desk is implemented at Bever Company. It’s the own development of Bever, based on Microsoft® Dynamics platform, which combined all processes of handling customer claims, service and complex management of the customer’s IT infrastructure. As a result of the implementation of Sevice Desk significantly improved level of service by promptly responding to inquiries, quick appointment of appropriate staff assignments, reducing the processing time of applications and monitor their performance. Bever Company signed SPLA agreement with Microsoft to provide the customers access to Microsoft software on subscription, based on monthly payments according to Service Provider License Agreement (SPLA). Thus payment of licenses will be carried out upon their use. 08.07.2011 CRM – a new solution is implemented in Bever Company.
Bever company’s skilled specialists have fulfilled the first stage of implementation of CRM system in the company.
The mentioned system is implemented based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft SharePoint, and .NET platforms and on Microsoft Windows Server 2008 infrastructure. A seminar was held in the head office of the company and the results of the development and implementation of the below mentioned components were demonstrated:
The implementation of management by marketing actions and service modules is planned at the second stage. As well as project management systems Microsoft Project 2010 and Microsoft Visio 2010 are planned to be implemented.
The peculiarity of the system is the easy-to-use user interface, advanced means of business analytics, and the possibility of quick generations of the reports of any complexity. The system is easily integrated with the office applications (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
The aim of the implementation of this system is to increase the efficiency of Bever Company’s customer service and project and order management.
